Holiday apartments on our farm in Dobbiaco, in South Tyrol

The prices listed are per day and apartment based on standard occupancy (2 people in Lärche / Latsche / Fichte / Tanne or 4 people in Apartment Zirbe), with a minimum stay of seven nights during high season and four nights during low season. Each additional person is charged € 10 per day (€ 5 in Apartment Latsche). In addition to the regular apartment rate, a local tourist tax is payable per night and person (from age 14). This will be shown separately on the final  invoice.

Your booking is considered binding once a deposit of 30% of the total estimated price has been paid within 14 days of receiving the booking confirmation, and  a reservation confirmation has subsequently been sent by us.

We kindly ask you to settle the final bill including the local tourist tax on the day before your departure. We accept the following methods of payment: cash or card (Visa, Eurocard, Mastercard, EC card).

According to the Italian Consumer Protection Code, there is no right of withdrawal. Nevertheless, we offer you the following cancellation conditions:

• Cancellations up to 3 months before arrival: free of charge
• Cancellations from 3 months to 30 days before arrival: retention of the deposit without additional charges
• Cancellations from 30 to 15 days before arrival: 50% of the agreed total amount is due
• Cancellations from 14 days before arrival, no-shows, early departure or late arrival: 100% of the agreed total amount is due

We recommend that you have a travel cancellation insurance.

• Check-in: from 1:00 pm on the day of arrival (please inform us briefly of your estimated arrival time)
• Late check-in possible by prior arrangement
• Check-out by 9:30 on the day of departure

• Your dogs and cats are also warmly welcome at the Hirschenhof. We charge € 10.00 per pet and night (excluding food) and kindly ask you to bring a basket, blanket and provisions from home.
• Should extra cleaning be required due to heavy soiling, or damage occur, we will invoice this separately.

Our establishment is open throughout the year.

Smoking is not permitted indoors at the Hirschenhof. We kindly ask you to smoke only in the outdoor areas.
