Summer prices

• Tourist tax: Guests aged 14 years and over have to pay a tourist tax of 2,70 € per person per night. This fee is not included in the total price of your stay and is only payable local.
• The prices are per apartment per day for a minimum stay of 3 days.
• The price includes: electricity, water, bed linen and towels.

• We ask for a deposit of Euro 150.    

•       Cancellation conditions:
  ancellation is free of charge up to three months before your arrival.

   

  From three months to four weeks before the start of your holiday, we charge 30% of the total booked price.

   

  In the last four weeks before the start of your holiday, we charge 70% of the total booked price.

   

  In the event of a no-show, late arrival or early departure, 100% will be charged.  

• If desired, we bring you fresh bread every morning.
• The bus stop is only a few metres from our house away, from where you get directly to the ski resorts and to the cross country skiing centre.
• There is available also a cot.
• The final cleaning will not be charged.
• Use of washing machine.
• Herbs, if available, you can take in the garden
• Please make available the apartment until 10 o'clock on the day of departure.
